
Refund Policy
Overview
Rahul TOP-Up Center Nepal (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital and instant-delivery products, including game currencies (e.g., Free Fire Diamonds, PUBG UC, Mobile Legends), Steam Wallet credits, and streaming subscriptions (e.g., Netflix). Because these items are intangible and delivered to the account details you submit, refunds are generally not available once delivery is completed.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot refund in the following cases:
- Successful Delivery — The order shows delivered/credited to the provided Player ID/account.
- Incorrect Player ID / Server — Details provided by the customer were wrong or incomplete.
- Change of Mind — You no longer want the item after purchase.
- Account Restrictions — Bans/locks/suspensions that are unrelated to our service.
- Promo/Discount Items — Marked as non-refundable.
Please double-check Player ID, region/server, and package before paying.
When a Refund May Be Considered
- Duplicate Payment — You were charged twice for the same order.
- Failed or Partial Delivery — Payment succeeded but the product was not credited or only partially credited.
- Our Technical Error — A system fault on our side prevented delivery.
All approvals are subject to verification with our providers and payment partners (e.g., eSewa, Khalti, bank card gateways).
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at rahulbhai09862@gmail.com or message our Facebook page with the subject Refund Request.
- Provide: Order ID, payment proof/screenshot, date & time, Player ID, and the package purchased.
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and investigate with relevant partners.
Refunds, if approved, are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days after approval; bank timelines may vary.
Time Limits
- Report issues within 48 hours of purchase for fastest resolution.
- Requests beyond 7 days are unlikely to be approved unless there is clear proof of non-delivery.
Chargebacks
If you open a chargeback/dispute without contacting us, your account may be restricted to prevent fraud. We’re happy to help—please reach out first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Special Notes
- Currency: Prices and refunds (if any) are processed in NPR unless otherwise stated.
- Taxes/Fees: Any gateway fees are non-refundable once charged by third-party processors.
- Maintenance/Delays: Some platforms may experience maintenance; in such cases we aim to complete delivery after services resume.
