We sell digital, instant-delivery items (Free Fire Diamonds, PUBG UC, Mobile Legends, Steam Wallet, Netflix). Because items are credited to the Player ID/account you provide, returns are not permitted once delivered.
Not Refundable
- Order shows delivered/credited to your provided account.
- Wrong Player ID/Server/Region submitted by customer.
- Change of mind after purchase.
Refunds May Apply
- Duplicate payment for the same order.
- Failed or partial delivery after successful payment.
- Verified technical error on our side.
How to Request
Email or message us within 48 hours of purchase. Include Order ID, payment proof, date/time, Player ID, package.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days after approval (bank/gateway timelines may vary).
